If you are thinking of biking on Ozello Trail, we want to give you a warning, particularly if you have never visited Ozello. Ozello Trail is a great place to ride. The winding road and scenery make the ride spectacular. However, there are some seriously sharp turns. We have seen too many deaths of bikers who are unfamiliar with the road. During the peak riding season, there is at least an accident each month. That is too many.
While the road has many sharp curves, the most dangerous seems to be 7-8 miles down the trail. You will see a pond on your right hand side. That is where you really need to ride carefully. You run into a series of "S" curves that can surprise you. Slow down through there!
